Lawfare: Patriot Front Fined $2.7 Million in Obvious Set Up

It’s quite obvious to anyone watching the video can see Patriot Front did nothing wrong. The nigger intentionally walked into their space and started problems. He’s the one who should be sued.

Lamestream media wrote a hit piece. I’ll put it here for you;

Patriot Front, a white nationalist group, was ordered Monday to pay more than $2.7 million to a Black musician for an attack that occurred in Boston.

Charles Murrell said he was attacked by members of the group who were in the city for an unannounced “flash march” in July 2022.

Although no charges were ever filed in relation to the assault, Murrell filed a lawsuit against the group in 2023.

“The attack on Mr. Murrell was brutal,” Amy Spitalnick, a member of Murrell’s legal team, told NewsCenter 5 at the time of the lawsuit. “We saw Patriot Front members attack Mr. Murrell and yell a racial slur at him, beat him, slam him into a flagpole.”

In a 27-page decision, federal Judge Indira Talwani (pictured below) awarded Murrell $25,000 for physical injuries, $500,000 for psychological injuries and emotional distress damages, $230,000 in special damages for lost wages and earning opportunities, and $2 million in punitive damages. The ruling also awards Murrell an undetermined amount for his legal fees.

“Seizing control of Boston’s public sidewalks while wearing face coverings and carrying shields, Patriot Front members shoved Plaintiff Charles Murrell, a Black musician who was walking on the sidewalk, up against a light post and into a busy street,” Talwani wrote.

According to Talwani’s ruling, Patriot Front and founder Thomas Rousseau did not respond to the lawsuit. Ultimately, Murrell won a default judgment on all counts, and Talwani added punitive damages.

“Murrell’s attackers showed no remorse for their actions. Instead, Patriot Front and Rousseau glorified the attack by posting a video online with a clip of the group pinning Murrell against the light post and pushing him into the busy road, to promote the view that non-white individuals like Murrell should be subordinated to white people. Punitive damages are necessary to deter similar acts in the future,” Talwani wrote.

blah blah blah. This is clearly lawfare and a miscarriage of justice. Patriot Front are not the ones at fault here.

Nigger was instructed to simply navigate around the other party and proceed with caution. However, it appears that the he deliberately chose to collide with the PF, seemingly with the intention of provoking a confrontation.

Hopefully Patriot Front will appeal.
