Authorities have not confirmed these are photos and name of the victim.

New York law enforcement authorities have apprehended Sebastian Zapeta, a 25-year-old spic who invaded from Guatemala, who is suspected of assaulting a sleeping female subway passenger by setting her ablaze and allowing her to succumb to her injuries while he observed.

People just let it happen.
